Garen is admitted to practice law before all courts in the State of California, including the United States District Courts (Central, Southern, Northern, and Eastern Districts of California), and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Garen earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, and he earned his law degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.
