Andrea Diaz is an associate at The Work Justice Firm and is admitted to practice law in the State of California. Andrea earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in 2025. While at Loyola, Andrea was a research assistant for her former professor where she conducted legal research for publication on mass incarceration and racialized prison practices. Andrea served on the executive board of the Public Interest Law Foundation of Loyola Law School and was the recipient of the Loyola Law School Second-Year Public Interest Scholarship in 2023. Prior to law school, she graduated from the UC Irvine with her B.A. in Political Science with Minors in Sociology and Chicano/Latino Studies. When not practicing law, Andrea enjoys reading and spending time with her dogs.
